Chemist Warehouse Ltd. in Ireland is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to analyse and optimise end-to-end operations, improving efficiency and reducing costs.

The role supports procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand planning and decision-making through data analysis and performance reporting. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, preparing KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • APICS/ASCM, CIPS, Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, procurement, or operations analysis.
  • Experience with ERP or operation systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse and interpret supply chain data related to inventory, procurement, logistics and demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy; recommend replenishment strategies.
  • Analyse sales trends to support demand forecasting and supply planning.
  • Prepare dashboards and KPIs for management; provide daily and weekly reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain and warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance and sales teams.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and lead times; resolve issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of disruptions and implement improvements.
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP and inventory systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Support S&OP processes through data analysis and reporting.
