Job summary

Chemco Ireland Limited seeks an experienced VMI Supply Chain Manager to own and optimise Vendor Managed Inventory for key customers. You will ensure service levels, forecast accuracy and inventory performance across Chemco’s portfolio.

You will coordinate with Commercial, Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse and Transport teams to deliver integrated supply chain solutions and drive continuous improvement in inventory efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management or related discipline.
• Experience leading customer-facing supply chain programmes and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in demand forecasting, inventory optimization and service level management.
• Experience analysing supply chain data and producing operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programmes to meet service levels and performance.
• Oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment strategies across locations.
• Act as operational contact for VMI customers, building strong relationships and ensuring requirements are met.
• Monitor inventory levels, trends and forecast accuracy to minimise stockouts and excess stock.
• Develop replenishment parameters, inventory policies and service governance processes.
• Lead customer reviews and provide KPI insights on inventory performance and service levels.
