Job summary

Chemco Ireland Limited is recruiting a highly organised Stock Controller to join our Distribution team in Ireland. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, managing stock control activities, and governing inventory across the Distribution Division to support warehouse operations and business growth.

You will handle GRNs, stock movements, discrepancies, and reporting, while driving improvements in stock accuracy, traceability, and inventory governance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock control or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse locations.
• Manage stock transactions, GRNs, and stock movements within the WMS.
• Take ownership of inventory administration and documentation.
• Coordinate stock receipt, storage, picking and dispatch in line with procedures.
• Generate stock accuracy metrics and KPI reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in stock accuracy and controls.
