Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking an experienced Logistics & Inventory Lead to manage the end-to-end flow of finished goods from production to external partners. You will monitor inventory, analyse data, and prepare regular reports on transportation costs and delivery performance to support decision-making.

You will coordinate with external logistics partners, drive process improvements to reduce costs, and ensure accurate stock counts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related experience.
• Strong logistics, shipping or inventory management background.
• Excellent communication and analytical/reporting skills; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end flow of finished goods from production to external partners.
• Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop and present regular reports on transportation costs, delivery performance and inventory.
• Coordinate with external logistics partners to ensure timely, compliant operations.
• Implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies in the warehouse system.
• Measure and report KPIs and operational metrics weekly to management.
