Job summary

ST. JOHNSTON & CARRIGANS C.E. PROJECT LIMITED is seeking a CE Supervisor to oversee a community employment project in the local area. The role focuses on managing work experience and training for long-term unemployed participants and on coordinating resources for the CE Scheme.

You will report to the Sponsoring Committee and provide mentoring to participants to help them gain skills, qualifications and future employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Staff Supervisor experience.
• Experience in Administration, Computer Literacy and Finance.
• Ability to work on own initiative, make decisions, be flexible and demonstrate leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the CE Project for St. Johnston & Carrigans and surrounding areas.
• Manage work experience and training programmes for long-term unemployed participants to progress to employment or education.
• Ensure effective management of personnel, financial and material resources of the CE Scheme.
• Report to Sponsoring Committee on all aspects of the CE Scheme.
• Provide support and mentoring to CE Participants to gain training, qualifications and competencies.
