Job summary

Centra in Cork is seeking an enthusiastic supervisor to lead a small team and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will motivate staff, organise tasks, assist with induction and training, handle customer queries, and help implement new initiatives while upholding Centra brand values.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and multitask under pressure.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support staff.

Main purpose of the role:
Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.
