Job summary

SuperValu in Ireland is seeking a dedicated store supervisor to lead a team and ensure excellent customer service across the shop floor.

The role focuses on motivating staff, maintaining store standards, and delivering a smooth customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Training, supervision, and proactive engagement with new initiatives are expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service facing role.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
