Job summary

Centra Ballina in Ballina, Co. Mayo, is seeking a store supervisor to lead a busy team and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

You will motivate staff, organize daily operations, delegate tasks, and support colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a strong focus on brand values, training new employees, managing rotation and merchandising, and embracing new initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• 2 years`experience in a customer service facing role is desirable
