Monread Fare in Naas is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Supermac's restaurant, overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service and driving profitability. You will manage a busy team, ensure high standards of food quality, and collaborate with site management to meet operational targets.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and a proactive approach to staff development, HACCP compliance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced forecourt

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' management experience within a fast-paced food service or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence and sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Manage staffing levels, rostering and labour costs.
• Coach, train and support team members to ensure HACCP, food safety and standards.
• Monitor sales, margins and KPIs, addressing opportunities and challenges.
• Control stock levels, ordering processes and waste management.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food quality and presentation.
• Identify initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
