Supermac's in Monasterevin, Co. Kildare, Ireland is seeking a Team Leader to join our fast-paced team at Junction 14 Mayfield. You will lead, mentor and motivate staff, ensuring top-quality service and smooth daily operations on-site.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in a similar high-volume role, strong leadership and people skills, and excellent communication. Flexibility for early, late, weekday and weekend shifts is essential, with on-site duties and staff parking benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar position in a high volume customer service role.
• Strong business, general leadership and people skills.
• Excellent communication skills and be solution focused with a high drive and a positive attitude.
• Customer Focus – you are aware that the customer comes first and you deliver excellent service.
• Teamwork – you work well in a team and know when to lead or follow.
• Food Safety knowledge – HACCP knowledge to ensure high quality food service.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation – cooking, serving, slicing, chopping; kitchen duties as required.
• Delighting customers by ensuring they leave happy and with a smile.
• Be knowledgeable about the company and able to answer customer questions.
• Be involved in the team; every voice matters and contributes to success.
• Organise time across departments and assist where needed on shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and high standards of hygiene in the restaurant.
