DS & SS Restaurants LTD is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their management team at 5 Main Street, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo. The role requires a hands-on approach to operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and train staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver regular reports to senior management. Minimum 5 years management experience and Level 4 qualification are required.

The successful candidate will need to have the skills to provide a hands on approach to the role and will implement procedures effectively and efficiently within a fast-paced environment. € 38,000 + per year Responsibilities Overseeing daily operationsEnhancing employee productivity and professional development.Managing recruitment and training new employeesEnsuring all staff complies with health and safety regulationsProviding upper management with regular reports.Design and deliver training on a daily basis.
