Job summary

ICE Group seeks a Pitman Training Coach & Sales Advisor in Galway to blend student support with proactive course sales. You’ll engage with prospective learners, assess needs, and guide them toward learning pathways while managing inquiries and enrollments.

Ideal candidates excel in relationship building, communication, and CRM usage, with a proactive, target-driven mindset and willingness to travel. A four-day week option may be available after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or business development.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and achieve targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students, identify training needs, and recommend courses.
• Convert enquiries into enrolments through consultative selling and excellent service.
• Follow up on leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and meet enrolment targets.
