Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and a target-driven environment.
• Ability to provide guidance and progression planning for clients.
• Proficient in MS Office and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and offer career advice and progression planning.
• Deliver training workshops on CV writing and job searching.
• Engage with clients to explore learning and work opportunities.
• Meet clients regularly to review progress and advocate for their goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout.
