Job summary

ICE Group in Galway is seeking a Sales Advisor to engage with prospective learners, understand training needs, and guide them to appropriate Pitman Training programmes. You will convert enquiries into enrolments through consultative selling and provide ongoing student support to maximise satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students, identify training needs, and recommend suitable courses.
• Convert enquiries into enrolments through consultative selling and excellent service.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline toward enrolment and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with students to maximise satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct student inductions and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Manage student attendance, payments, progress tracking, and related admin.
• Coordinate course logistics, examinations, materials, and technical support.
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM data.
• Collaborate with Sales Team and Centre management to drive growth.
• Assist with marketing events, open days, and promotional campaigns.
• Represent Pitman Training to local businesses and communities and ensure policy compliance.
