Job summary

aparto is a UK and Ireland based accommodation and student experience provider. We’re seeking a friendly, reliable individual to deliver sales, customer service and admin support to the aparto team in Dublin.

You will handle queries by phone and email, support show flat viewings, and assist with events and marketing at student fairs, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable; provide sales, customer service and administrative support.
• Effective written and verbal communication with students and staff.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all general student-related queries including responding to letters and emails.
• Provide weekly performance related information for sharing with the management team.
• Keep the show flat clean and tidy for viewings and assist with viewings.
• Arrange appointments and assist with show flat viewings for interested students.
• Participate in face-to-face marketing activities at student fairs or leafleting.
• Inspect flats, rooms and kitchens during turnaround periods.
• Be flexible on hours and work occasional evenings or weekends for events and fairs.
• Assist with summer turnaround, including resident checkouts and check-ins.
• Prepare documentation and arrival packs for new residents.
• Answer enquiries via telephone and email and meet/exceed customer expectations.
• Manage and update office information systems, contact databases and paper files.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as required.
