Job summary

Stantec in Ireland is seeking a visionary Structural Associate to steer our growing structures team and shape the technical direction of the firm.

You will mentor engineers, lead multidisciplinary delivery across water, wastewater, energy, and flood risk projects, and drive growth by strengthening client relationships and leading tenders from our hubs in Dublin, Galway, Cork, and Castlebar.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with Level 8 or higher degree and deep technical experience in structural engineering.
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership presence to coach a growing team.
• Experience in the water sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the division's operational performance and report to executive leadership.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technicians within the team.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary collaboration for complex infrastructure projects.
• Lead tenders and strengthen client relationships to grow the pipeline.
