Job summary

Stantec in Ireland is seeking a visionary Structural Associate to steer our growing structures team. This role goes beyond management, shaping technical direction and mentoring the next generation of engineers while delivering landmark projects across the country.

As the Structural Associate, you will own the division’s performance, empower your team, and act as a bridge between disciplines to ensure world-class delivery. Experience as Chartered Engineer and in water sector is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) with a Level 8+ degree and deep structural engineering experience.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen and ability to coach a growing team.
• Experience in the Water sector or consultancy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the division's operational performance and report to executive leadership.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technicians.
• Bridge structural engineering with other disciplines to deliver complex infrastructure projects.
• Strengthen client relationships and lead tenders to secure future pipeline.
