Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with a Level 8 or higher degree and deep structural engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and commercial awareness to grow a high-performing team.
• Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the division’s operations and report to executive leadership.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; lead recruitment and professional development.
• Bridge structural engineering with other disciplines to ensure world-class delivery.
