Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with Level 8 or higher degree and deep technical experience in structural engineering.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and ability to grow a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the division’s operational performance and report to executive leadership.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technicians within the team.
• Lead multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure world-class delivery on complex infrastructure projects.
• Strengthen client relationships and lead tenders to secure future work.
