Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) with a Level 8 or higher degree and deep technical experience in structural engineering.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Taking full ownership of the division’s operational performance and reporting directly to executive leadership.
• Team Empowerment: Cultivating a high-performing team of engineers and technicians through mentorship, recruitment, and professional development.
