Job summary

Zurich Insurance Europe AG, Ireland Branch is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to join the team in Dublin or Wexford. The role focuses on workforce planning, staffing, capacity planning and long-term resource strategies to ensure the Personal Lines UW Ops function has the right people with the right skills at the right time.

The position offers flexible hours (part-time or full-time considered) with a strong emphasis on collaboration with internal teams and senior leadership to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience in forecasting or related analytical role.
• Experience with large datasets and generating actionable insights for decision-making.
• Understanding of staffing drivers, productivity, and capacity concepts.
• Experience in a contact centre, operations, or service-driven environment.
• Exposure to strategic workforce planning and scenario modelling.
• Knowledge of labour market trends and analytics best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance and refinement of short-, medium- and long-term workforce plans aligned to business demand.
• Produce staffing models and forecasts based on volume drivers and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor workforce supply and demand; identify gaps, risks and opportunities.
• Assist with annual budgeting and headcount planning activities.
• Analyse workforce metrics and provide insights to senior leaders and teams.
• Create regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
