Qualifications

• Significant privacy and/or compliance experience in roles such as privacy support or privacy consulting.
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU data protection frameworks and employee privacy requirements.
• Highly organized, self-motivated with excellent project management skills.
• Ability to critically analyse data and present reports to senior leadership.
• Operates with integrity and handles confidential information securely.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively analyze and respond to data subject request cases related to employee and candidate privacy concerns across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address and resolve privacy requests at scale.
• Navigate complex operational requirements to deliver exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and policies at scale.
• Drive cross-functional projects balancing priorities of multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Develop training and guidance on employee data subject rights obligations and evolving legal developments.
