Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist Transfer Agency function within a leading financial services organisation. Reporting to a senior programme lead, you will manage end-to-end delivery of client-facing and technology initiatives, coordinating with external clients, internal stakeholders and senior executives.

Responsibilities

Manage client-facing projects from initiation to delivery.
Liaise with clients to gather requirements and define deliverables and timelines.
Define and manage project scope with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and approvals.
Identify and mitigate project risks and track issues to resolution.
Lead project meetings and coordinate teams across business areas and locations.
Monitor milestones, budgets and costs against estimates.
Provide regular status updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
Coordinate UAT and implementation planning.
Support development of procedures and training materials.
