Responsibilities

• Operate with a high degree of independence to address ambiguous problem spaces and drive timely execution.
• Establish foundational program management practices and governance for a growing engineering organization.
• Lead coordination across internal teams and external vendors ensuring alignment on scope, timelines and outcomes.
• Bridge gaps across regions, architectures, vendors, and teams to create scalable cross‑team patterns.
• Manage escalations and resolve delivery challenges impacting multiple teams or stakeholders.
• Serve as primary program contact, communicating with senior leadership and translating complex information into clear updates.
• Provide visibility into program status, risks and decisions to stakeholders.
• Foster constructive dialogue to resolve misalignment and enable predictable delivery.
• Oversee multi‑team execution and reporting, improving delivery processes.
• Support scaling of engineering squads across regions with repeatable delivery models.
• Build consensus and drive accountability with minimal guidance in a fast‑evolving environment.
