Job summary

AbbVie is hiring a Strategic Sourcer to lead end-to-end sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for key roles. You will partner with stakeholders to anticipate gaps, leverage market intel, and drive proactive talent market engagement. Experience with SeekOut/LinkedIn Insights and CRM platforms is preferred.

The role focuses on delivering high-caliber hires in a competitive market, while shaping AbbVie's talent strategy and community networks for long-term capability building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing within pharma or similar industries.
• CRM experience and ability to lead and influence stakeholders.
• Experience screening, prescreening, and interviewing candidates.
• Ability to develop talent strategies for critical roles and map talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to build talent pipelines ahead of gaps.
• Develop sourcing strategies for high-level talent in competitive markets.
• Act as sourcing expert using market intel and data.
• Build talent networks via external partnerships and industry events.
• Present findings to business leaders and recruiters with data-backed insights.
