Job summary

EY Ireland’s CBS Talent Team is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director to act as HR Business Partner (Strategic Talent Partner) for Dublin. In this 12-month fixed-term contract you will partner with senior leaders to design and deliver leadership development, performance management and retention initiatives that align with the firm’s People strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ HR Business Partner experience with senior management teams.
• Experience driving behavioural change and improving business performance.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive core annual talent processes including leadership development and performance management.
• Partner with EY Service Lines to deliver talent agenda and engagements.
• Provide coaching to senior leaders and offer guidance on people-related matters.
• Use data to generate insights and support business decisions.
• Support inclusive culture and employee experience across the organisation.
