Astreya Ireland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to lead and shape best-in-class TA strategies for a high-growth tech company.

You will oversee attracting and selecting top talent, build a scalable TA function, mentor the team, and partner with HR and senior leaders to align recruitment with business goals. A successful candidate has 10+ years in recruiting, strong executive relationships, data-driven decision making, and a proven ability to drive change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 10+ years related experience
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with executives and customers
• Ability to translate numbers into actionable TA improvements
• Willingness to own and drive the TA strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition philosophy, strategy, programs and tools
• Develop a scalable TA structure aligned with growth
• Evaluate and improve recruitment processes and KPIs
• Enhance candidate funnel quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with HR, hiring managers and leaders to maintain hiring momentum
• Lead and mentor the TA team with productivity metrics and goals
• Educate leadership on best recruiting practices and market updates
• Leverage external search firms to supplement internal recruiting
• Build an employer brand in partnership with HR and marketing
