Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of working experience and five years in Demand/Supply Planning, Analytics, or Supply Chain management is required.
• Strong scenario planning background is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end supply chain improvements via value stream mapping and data analysis to develop tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Lead processes to integrate new externally manufactured products into S&OP with scenario-based analysis and contingency planning.
• Build and analyze complex statistical models to support master/detailed scheduling and capacity planning across suppliers and brands.
• Advise External Operations on business and project status and communicate issues or opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and company policies.
