Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Supply Planning Lead to be based across multiple locations including Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; West Chester, PA; or Warsaw, IN. This role focuses on scenario planning, data flow management, capacity planning, inventory management, and annual planning cycles in a dynamic orthopedics environment.

The incumbent will drive improvements in end-to-end supply chains, support new product integrations into S&OP, and model complex planning

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; minor in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) years of working experience and five (5) years of related experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business Analytics, and/or Supply Chain Management is required.
• Strong scenario planning background is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements in end-to-end supply chain via value stream mapping and data analysis.
• Support processes to integrate new externally manufactured products into S&OP with scenario-based analyses and contingency planning.
• Build and analyze statistical models to support master scheduling, capacity planning and scenario planning across suppliers and brands.
