Johnson & Johnson, Ringaskiddy, Ireland, is recruiting a Supply Planning Lead to drive end-to-end supply planning with a focus on scenario planning, data flow, and inventory management. The role spans multiple countries and requires collaboration across external supply chains.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least six years in demand/supply planning, analytics, and related areas, with strong ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; minor in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) years of working experience and five (5) years of related experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business Analytics, and/or Supply Chain Management is required.
• Strong scenario planning background is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements in the end to end supply chain via value stream mapping and detailed analysis of business information to develop tactical and strategic improvement initiatives.
• Support the process to integrate new externally manufactured products into S&OP process, including conducting scenario-based supply analyses to evaluate risks associated with events and developing contingency plans with external supply chains.
• Demonstrate the ability to build and analyze complex statistical models to support best practices in master scheduling, detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and scenario planning across multiple suppliers and brands.
• Advise External Operations management on business and project status.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
