You will own the division's operational performance, empower a high-performing team, collaborate across disciplines, and drive client relationships and tenders to secure future pipelines. Based in Ireland with flexible, hybrid work options across Dublin, Galway, Cork, and Castlebar.

Qualifications

• You will be a Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) with a Level 8 or higher degree and deep technical experience in structural engineering.
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership presence to manage and coach a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Taking full ownership of the division’s operational performance and reporting directly to executive leadership.
