Job summary

Verizon seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Marketing to lead end-to-end commercial strategy for the global Agency category, spanning creative, media, PR, and production agencies. The role focuses on building a high-performing agency ecosystem, partnering with senior marketing leadership, and embedding AI-enabled processes to maximize value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Strategic Sourcing or commercial leadership within a large global ad agency.
• Hands-on experience negotiating and managing Marketing Agency contracts with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CMO, Marketing VPs, Creative Leads, and Finance to align agency strategies with brand ambitions and growth targets.
• Lead and develop a team of sourcing professionals, establishing goals and development plans.
• Develop multi-year category strategies to assemble an elite external agency roster and modernize agency models.
