Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Strategic Sourcer to design end-to-end sourcing strategies and lead talent- attraction for key roles. You will build pipelines, success profiles, and talent communities while leveraging social channels and CRM tools to deliver best-in-class stakeholder experiences.

You will partner with stakeholders, use market intelligence, and advise leaders on talent mix and market availability, driving proactive hiring in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional recruitment, with ability to lead others.
• Progressive CRM experience preferred.
• Experience in screening, prescreening, and interviewing candidates.
• Ability to create and execute talent strategy for critical roles.
• Experience utilizing SeekOut or LinkedIn Insights.
• Team player with integrity and strong influencing skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to build talent pipelines ahead of gaps/vacancies.
• Develop sourcing strategies for high-level talent in competitive markets.
• Serve as a Sourcing expert using market intelligence and data.
• Build strategic talent networks through external partnerships and events.
• Demonstrate deep expertise and communicate AbbVie's EVP with stakeholders.
• Proactively source passive candidates via advanced search techniques.
• Conduct thorough prescreening and facilitate presentations to hiring managers.
• Nurture pipelines by keeping talent engaged for future opportunities.
• Provide updates and reporting on critical roles and sourcing activities.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and HR to meet business needs.
