Job summary

GEA Group seeks a Service Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth in our service and capital project offerings within Naas. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical customers, and collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Combining technical understanding with commercial acumen, you will grow the customer base, improve plant performance and lifecycle value while leading a full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B business development and service sales.
• Experience selling engineering services, capital equipment or technical solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness with pricing, proposals and contracts.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Ability to engage with technical, operational and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Dairy, Beverage and Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with GEA’s growth strategy.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Collaborate with engineering, service and project teams to deliver commercial solutions.
• Clearly communicate the value of GEA’s solutions in meetings and proposals.
