Job summary

GEA Naas is seeking an experienced Service Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Nutritional Plant Engineering Division. You will identify opportunities across Dairy, Beverage and Pharmaceutical sectors, manage key accounts and collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role blends office work with regular site engagement,Travel to customer sites as required, reporting to the Director of Service.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Management or related technical discipline; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Proven track record in B2B business development, service sales or technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dairy, Beverage and Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with GEA's objectives.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity to contract award and negotiate terms.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and transition from sales to project execution.
