Maynooth University is seeking an experienced Senior Undergraduate Student Recruitment Manager – Undergraduate (EU) to lead the University’s Undergraduate Recruitment team and drive the CAO recruitment strategy.

Reporting to the Director of Admissions, you will oversee outreach to schools and FE sectors, manage communications including the prospectus and CRM-based outreach, and provide evidence-based guidance on recruitment performance.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in higher education admissions or recruitment.
• Strong strategic and operational leadership skills.
• Experience with CAO recruitment and school engagement.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and market trends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Undergraduate Student Recruitment strategy and CAO outreach.
• Oversee communications and publications, including the undergraduate prospectus and CRM-based outreach.
• Analyze recruitment performance, CAO trends and market intelligence.
• Represent Maynooth University externally and build relationships with schools and FE sectors.
