Job summary

Cambridge Education Group is seeking a Centre Director for OnCampus Ireland in Maynooth. This on-site, full-time role leads academic operations, student experience and staff development while driving budget planning and growth opportunities.

You will report to the CEO and work with senior managers to meet and exceed KPIs, ensuring compliance with QQI/ILEP/IEM and immigration requirements while fostering a high-performing, inclusive centre culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree NFQ Level 8/9 essential.
• Postgraduate qualification (PGCE/MBA) essential.
• Senior leadership experience in academic environment essential.
• 3+ years teaching in secondary, further or higher education essential.
• Curriculum design and programme management experience essential.
• Understanding of EU/Irish higher education and international student needs essential.
• Track record of developing opportunities in higher education essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high performance across all Centre functions including academic success, progression, student satisfaction, staff engagement and financial performance.
• Be accountable to the CEO for centre performance and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Develop and appraise management staff to maximise potential.
• Lead centre budget development and reforecasting activities.
• Participate in sales and marketing to strengthen partner relationships and attract students.
