Job summary

Cambridge Education Group is seeking a Centre Director for OnCampus Ireland, Maynooth. This full-time, permanent role leads the centre’s academic, financial and student experience outcomes, with accountability to the CEO OnCampus Ireland and senior management.

The role requires extensive senior leadership in an academic setting, curriculum design and programme management, plus experience with international student needs and Irish higher education requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / NFQ Level 8 or 9 (essential).
• Postgraduate qualification e.g. PGCE, MBA (essential).
• Extensive senior leadership experience in academia (essential).
• 3+ years teaching in secondary, further or higher education (essential).
• Curriculum design and programme management experience (essential).
• Understanding of EU and Irish higher education and international student needs (essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high performance across centre functions: academic success, student satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance.
• Be accountable for KPIs and compliance with OnCampus Ireland policies and external bodies.
• Develop, motivate, and appraise centre management staff.
• Oversee annual budget development and centre-level reforecasting.
• Contribute to sales and marketing activities to strengthen partner relationships.
