Collins McNicholas Recruitment & HR Services Group is partnering with a multinational manufacturing business in Shannon, Clare to recruit a Sales Operations Specialist. The role is full-time with hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 from home) and focuses on managing day-to-day customer and sales operations.

You will handle revenue forecasting, demand control, and sales process optimisation while maintaining CRM/ERP data and generating insightful reports for revenue and pipeline management.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Support or Customer Service within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, forecasting and order management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another CRM, plus ERP systems such as JD Edwards, SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups; Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of the 0-3 month revenue plan through disciplined demand control and forecast monitoring.
• Coordinate demand control and shipment planning with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Act as main contact for customer and distributor operational queries.
