Our client, a leading global provider of water and environmental solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager in Claregalway to lead a small, high‑performing sales team and drive revenue growth. Reporting to the General Manager, this hands‑on leadership role closes deals with residential customers, coaches the team, and builds long‑term relationships across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in a technical or product-based business.
• Strong track record in selling to residential customers.
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to meet annual targets.
• Develop and execute a residential sales strategy for water treatment products.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Monitor performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and fulfill orders.
• Hire, onboard, and train new sales staff.
