Uisce Éireann is seeking a Regional Planning Analyst to advance its role as a prescribed body in development management. You will respond to planning issues, manage cases from pre-connection to final connection, and collaborate with the CDS team to deliver compliant planning solutions across regions.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidate with relevant third-level degree or planning/engineering accreditation desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in water, utilities or similar industries desirable.
• Experience in environment & planning is desirable.
• Strong ability to work in a team and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Fulfil statutory obligations under Planning and Dev Act 2000 for development related planning applications.
• Manage end-to-end case management of connection and developer services related planning cases.
• Provide planning input for Pre-Connection Enquiries and Connection Applications across regions.
• Complete technical planning assessments for EIAR Scoping, Section 34, LSRDs, SPI, Part 8 planning within deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with Planning Authorities nationally.
• Support rollout of planning referral protocols and risk management.
• Maintain and improve databases; support transformation initiatives.
