Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a strategic Reengineering and Project Lead Analyst to drive global operating model improvements and cross‑regional productivity initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage complex programs, and ensure benefits are tracked and delivered on schedule.

In this hybrid role, you will shape implementations across Services Operations, lead workshops, and provide critical reporting to executives, while maintaining independence and professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Lean, Six Sigma and/or Project Management experience.
• Proven track record of evaluating current processes and envisioning ways to reengineer the process.
• Basic understanding of how different business areas integrate to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Operating Model & AI initiatives to reengineer core processes and improve efficiency.
• Define and implement global reengineering methodologies and processes.
• Collaborate with Operating Committee to scope opportunities and track benefits.
• Manage day-to-day execution of reengineering projects, ensuring milestones and budget.
• Partner with Project and Business Managers to deliver reengineering solutions.
• Provide management reporting and prioritise initiatives across regions and products.
