Job summary

ICON Clinical Research seeks a Project Planning Specialist to join the Firecrest team. You will support planning, scheduling, budgeting and cross-functional coordination for clinical trials, ensuring milestones are met and documentation is accurate.

You will work with project managers, contribute to financial tracking, and help drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery across studies. This role offers exposure to global trials in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Operations Management preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Experience in project coordination or project management preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Experience with change orders desirable.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with planning, execution and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones.
• Manage study documentation and delivery of Firecrest products.
• Support financial management and reporting, including budgets and revenue trackers.
• Contribute to process improvements for operational efficiency.
