Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
• CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualification(s)
• Significant experience in financial management and analysis, healthcare/clinical research sector preferred
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and financial management operations, ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment
• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models for project evaluation and resource allocation
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders with accuracy and clarity
