Job summary

ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. We are seeking a Manager, Finance in Dublin with a hybrid work model to oversee financial operations, budgeting, and reporting for clinical projects.

You will manage day-to-day finance activities, guide your team, and deliver timely, accurate financial information while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Travel about 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualification required.
• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Significant experience in finance management, preferably in healthcare or clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and financial management activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for clinical projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and drive process improvements.
