Job summary

Albany Beck is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Workforce Management Enhancement initiative within a leading global Financial Services organisation. You will own delivery from planning through to implementation, coordinating across business and technology teams in a complex stakeholder environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive risk management, and clear visibility of progress, risks and decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within Financial Services or a similar large, complex organisation.
• Strong end-to-end project management and delivery capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to own delivery and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of the Workforce Management Enhancement project.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and address delivery challenges proactively.
• Maintain clear ownership and accountability for actions.
• Drive the project forward with minimal day-to-day oversight.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and discussions.
• Provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, blockers and coordinate mitigation.
• Ensure governance and delivery controls are in place.
• Support transition of capabilities into Business-as-Usual operations.
• Collaborate within Cyber Security portfolio governance framework.
