Job summary

Realtime Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver initiatives across the full lifecycle, from initiation through testing and implementation. The role involves collaborating with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure aligned and effective delivery across all delivery phases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience, ideally in financial services.
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2) preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Self-starter able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and milestones end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of project outcomes and governance adherence.
• Define project scope and objectives, engaging stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
• Document requirements and support development of business cases with sponsors.
• Adhere to project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders with progress updates and risk escalation.
• Maintain documentation including RAID logs, status reports, and closure reports.
• Monitor and control performance, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
