Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking a senior project/programme manager to lead large-scale HRIS/WFM implementations across multi-country environments. The role emphasizes delivering complex transformations on time and within budget while coordinating cross-functional teams, system integrators, and vendors.

You will drive scoping, RAID management, and data migration efforts, ensuring alignment with payroll, ERP, and reporting workstreams. Strong stakeholder management and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification is desirable.
• UKG or WFM system certifications are desirable.
• 8+ years of project/programme management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and direct teams to complete deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Lead large-scale HRIS/WFM system implementations (e.g., UKG Pro, Kronos, Workday WFM).
• Manage multi-country/global delivery programmes with consistent approach.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, system integrators and vendors for seamless delivery.
• Facilitate scoping and prioritisation for complex transformations with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and reporting with payroll, HRIS, and ERP.
• Maintain robust RAID management and project plans using MS Project.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-mortems and knowledge transfer.
