Job summary

Realtime Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join an Operations transformation programme, working closely with the Head of Operations.

You will combine business analysis, project management, process improvement and risk & controls in a senior, hands‑on role, embedding policies and regulatory requirements while identifying gaps and driving improvements across Operations.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in senior Business Analyst/Project Manager roles.
• Experience across Operations, transformation, policy or process improvement.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation experience.
• Good understanding of risk, controls and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Map and assess As-Is and To-Be processes across Operations.
• Support the implementation of policies, procedures, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process and control improvements.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into clear processes, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Ensure alignment between operational processes, risk, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines, actions, dependencies and deliverables.
• Maintain RAID logs, governance documentation and project reporting.
• Provide clear updates to Head of Operations and senior stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration across teams to ensure delivery.

Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager – Operations & Risk Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a key Operations transformation programme, working closely with the Head of Operations.

This is a senior, hands‑on role combining business analysis, project management, process improvement and risk & control. You will play a key role in ensuring policies and regulatory requirements are effectively embedded across Operations, while identifying gaps and driving improvements to processes and procedures.

About You

• 8–10+ years' experience in a senior Business Analyst, Project Manager or hybrid BA/PM role.
• Strong experience working across Operations, transformation, policy or process improvement.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation experience.
• Good understanding of risk, controls and regulatory requirements within a regulated environment.
• Proven experience in process mapping, gap analysis and procedure development.
• Strong project management skills, including timelines, RAID and governance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation.
• Experience within financial services or wealth management would be highly advantageous.
