Job summary

Vanguard Ireland is seeking a proactive Project Manager / Business Analyst for a fixed-term maternity cover within the Executive Office. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams and help establish a new legal entity, engaging with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, HR and Technology.

This visibility role offers exposure to senior leadership, governance activities, and enterprise-wide initiatives, with hybrid working in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in project management, business analysis, consulting, operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing project plans, managing project governance, and tracking risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, delivery of strategic projects and business initiatives across Vanguard Ireland.
• Play a key role in establishing a new legal entity, coordinating activities across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, HR, and Technology teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, RAID logs, action trackers, deliverables, and status reports.
• Manage project governance activities, including workstream meetings, steering committees, decision logs, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, monitor, and elevate project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Track project progress against agreed timelines and support remediation plans.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops, documenting actions and follow-up.
